Thank you for shopping with Rebel Brew. We want your premium coffee to reach you as quickly and affordably as possible. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all physical addresses and PO Boxes within Australia. We do not currently offer international shipping, including to New Zealand, but we are actively exploring this for the future.

Shipping Rates

QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, ACT $8.50 FREE
WA, NT, TAS $12.50 FREE

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the delivery provider. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Providers

We use Australia Post and selected premium courier services to deliver your order. The carrier is selected based on your location and order size to ensure the best possible delivery experience.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you have not received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@rebelbrew.co with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

For damaged goods, please include clear photos of the packaging and product so we can assess the issue promptly.
